About Us Thanks for visiting our store Krafts and Beads is a Christian Company that strives to be a light in a dark place. We sell beads and findings. We make custom jewelry and rosaries. One for you to enjoy or 100 pieces for your business to resell. Private beading lessons are also available. We offer wholesale and retail pricing. Please call if you have questions! Email: customerservice@kraftsandbeads.com Returns We have a 10 days Return Policy for beads and supplies. If 10 days have lapsed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not pay for return shipping cost unless it was an error made by Krafts and Beads. Sale items and Custom Orders are exempt from being returned. You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days). If you need to return an item, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Shipping Currently, we only ship in the United States. We mostly ship using the United States Postal Service. In the event, your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, a holiday or during Company Wide Vacation, your order will be shipped the very next business day. Items that are custom-ordered will experience a short delay.
